Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of Harris Away Days , there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

Known limitations for Harris Away Days:

  1. creating a package: when creating a apackage you are required to sign-up, sometimes after sign up when the page reloads you may loose your initial selections and have to start again. because The issue occurs as the website uses javascript to cal upon and store information using JSON, the wix sign-up API can sometimes counteract the data.. We are working to de-bug our code to ensure smooth user experience and naviagtion.. If you encounter this issue, refresh the website, stay logged in, and start again from the home page choosing your desiered selections, if the issue persists please get in touch wih our support team..

  2. dropdowns on the homepage: dropdowns load the option all, dropdown with dates does not load organised because the issue occurs because the dropdowns are set to filter items, for the code to initialise the database has to upload to the page before the code is initiated, this means from time to time slow browsers can be caught off guard.. We are updating our code to make it more secure, so when the page loads the code has updated the filters. rerfresh the page, wait 5 seconds before clicking anything..
